I would once again like to say THANK YOU to all of our wonderful patrons for continuing to support us through this tumultuous last year. It seems the end of this crazy situation may soon be coming to an end.
Here are our current practices + requirements, effective 11/12/2021:
Longarm rentals and one-on-one lessons are available once again. These are appointment-only services, so please call to set one up.
Those who have been fully vaccinated for at least two weeks are not required to wear a mask within our store. Those who are not vaccinated are still required to wear a mask and stay socially distant in compliance with local and CDC guidelines. Although all employees are vaccinated, we are still wearing masks for our patrons’ peace of mind.
We ask that ALL patrons, vaccinated or not, follow the arrows we have marked on the floor and stay behind our front tables.
If you do not feel comfortable coming in the store for any reason, we still offer curbside pickup. Please call ahead if you plan to make use of this service so we can process any transactions and set items aside for you.
We are doing all we can to keep all of our patrons (and ourselves) safe, regardless of guidelines and mandates. We understand that we serve a largely at-risk population, so we will do what we can to keep everyone safe and comfortable as much as possible. If you have any questions about our guidelines, or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hi Brian, it may be more helpful for you to call or email us (you can do so with the submission sidebar). It will allow us to talk to you personally and make sure we’re getting you the right parts.

I have a Brother CS-6000i sewing machine. I want to make sure you work on them. I am making masks. When I am assembling the masks, i often sew thru 6-8 thicknesses of fabric. I have trouble trying to use zig zag or left orientation of the needle. The needle gets stuck and the machine tries to keep pushing it thru. There is a lot of noise. The machine finally stops and I can see the needle is bent. Can you try to figure out what’s wrong?
Sarah says
Hi Christine! We do indeed work on Brother machines. It sounds like there is too much stress on the machine somewhere.
